Check-in is possible from 15:00 p.m. Please check-out before 11:00 a.m.

We ask you to think about neighbours and other hotelguests. Please don’t make noise (radio, TV, loud music, screaming etc.) between 22:00 and 07:00.

Instructions of the hotel staff of Amster Home Hotel, which are conform the hotels’ house rules, must be followed.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel. When you do smoke (in your room), we’re forced to charge you €500,- per occasion. This also applies to the use of an e-cigarette. Alcohol and drugs are not allowed. Prostitution is strictly forbidden in this hotel! Staff of AmsterHome are allowed to immediately evict the guest out of the hotel without refund.

The guest will be held responisble for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any other person whom they are responsible. Damages will be charged.

We respect the privacy of all of our guests. However, our staff is authorized to access the rooms if considered necessary (i.e. non-compliance of the hotel’s house rules).

A reservation is personal. Therefore, it is not allowed to receive unregistered visitors in the room.

Amster Home Hotel is not responsible for damage to or theft of personal property.

Unfortunately, pets or animals are not allowed. Illegally keeping a pet in the hotel will be charged (cleaning costs and the costs for removal of scents and pet hairs.)
